Most items ship within 1-2 business days. For expedited shipping, orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time on a business day will ship the same day. Otherwise, items will ship the following business day. Before paying for expedited shipping, remember, all shipping speeds refer to business days and begin after the item has shipped.

Care

Our wraps our machine washable. We recommend closing all the Velcro or using a wash bag to prevent the Velcro from sticking to other fabrics in your wash.

Returns

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects will be repaired or exchanged free of charge within 180 days of purchase.  If your wrap has a manufacturing defect, contact support@calmcozycat.com

Other Returns

Returns of products without manufacturing defects will be accepted for 7 days after the delivery date according to the tracking number.  Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as an 8% restocking fee.

Can it be used for dogs?

Yes, we offer sizes that fit small to medium dogs. Dogs benefit from the wrap just as much as cats! Please refer to our sizing guide to determine the best fit for your dog, and click here for more details on which dog body types and breeds are the best fit.
