Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out.  Please read the following return and refund policies carefully to understand what to do if you want to exchange or return your wrap.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects will be repaired or exchanged free of charge within 180 days of purchase.  If your wrap has a manufacturing defect, contact support@calmcozycat.com.

Size Exchange

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, and the wrap has not been used, please contact support@calmcozycat.com for information on how to exchange your wrap for the correct size.

Unused Wraps

If your wrap is completely unused, for example, if your cat passed away before you received your wrap, please contact support@calmcozycat.com.  We will walk you through the process of receiving a full refund.

Other Returns

Because of the nature of our product, we cannot resell returned wraps as if they are new.  We will accept washed, gently used wraps within 14 days for a 50% refund.  We will offer this gently used merchandise to a customer who may want to purchase a discounted wrap, understanding that it is not new.   In order to receive the full 50% refund, you must be sure that the wrap is cleaned.  Wraps that require more than five minutes to prep for re-sale will not receive the full refund.
