We ship at 2 pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 2 pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped on the following business day. This process applies to Priority or Expedited orders as well. We cannot ship those outside of our regular business shipping hours.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost after a carrier has indicated that they have been delivered. Please let us know, and we will do our best to connect you to the correct support. However, if a tracking number marks a package as delivered, we cannot replace it free of charge.
International Orders (Outside of US or Canada)
For international orders, please email email@example.com with items you would like to order and the shipping address. If we are able to ship to you, we will send you an invoice with a payment link. International shipping rates and speeds are subject to international carriers.
