Shipping Speeds
We are a small company working with a third-party fulfillment company. We cannot make guarantees regarding shipping speeds. We can give you some insight into how they work in order to assist you with making a decision regarding what shipping speed is best for you.
Listed shipping speeds do not include estimated fulfillment times. Items are fulfilled on business days only. Orders placed before noon on a business day are generally fulfilled the same day. Orders placed after noon are generally fulfilled the next business day. The shipping speed referenced next to each choice in your cart refers to the number of business days the item will take to get to your location after it is fulfilled.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost after a carrier has indicated that they have been delivered. Please let us know, and we will do our best to connect you to the correct support. However, if a tracking number marks a package as delivered, we cannot replace it free of charge.
International Orders (Outside of US, Canada, or Australia)
We can only ship to addresses within US, Canada, or Australia. If you would like to place an order from another country, please click here for information on a reliable shipping service that will forward your package to you from a domestic US address that they will assign to you.
