For expedited shipping, orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time on a business day will ship the same day. Otherwise, items will ship the following business day. Before paying for expedited shipping, remember, all shipping speeds refer to business days and begin after the item has shipped.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects will be repaired or exchanged free of charge within 180 days of purchase.  If your wrap has a manufacturing defect, contact support@calmcozycat.com

Other Returns

Returns of products without manufacturing defects will be accepted for 7 days after the delivery date according to the tracking number.  Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as an 8% restocking fee.
